Intervention1: Spinal manual therapy + Modified Rigid Taping Technique + Conventional Therapy: All participants will receive conventional therapy consisting of a moist heat pack applied to the lumbar

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 25 50 years Clinically and radiologically diagnosed lumbar radiculopathy, MRI confirmed Pain duration between 2 weeks and 3 months VAS pain score more than or equal to 4 Positive Straight Leg Raise SLR test Able to follow instructions and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery or spinal instability. Presence of red flag signs (e.g., malignancy, cauda equina syndrome, infection) Spinal fractures, tumours, or severe scoliosis. Pregnancy. Severe osteoporosis or anticoagulant use.
