Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants included in the study will be football players of all genders aged 14 years and above, with a minimum of one year of playing experience in football. Only those athletes demonstrating a hamstring-to-quadriceps (H:Q) strength ratio of less than 0.6 will be considered eligible for participation. All participants must be willing to take part in the study and provide written informed consent; for participants below 18 years of age, parental consent and participant assent will be obtained prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have sustained any recent fractures, lower limb injuries, or undergone surgery within the past six months. Individuals with diagnosed hypertension, neurological disorders, or cardiovascular conditions will also be excluded. Additionally, footballers currently undergoing any other structured performance training program or rehabilitation program that may influence muscle strength or neuromuscular performance will not be included in the study to avoid confounding effects.
