Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with urticaria UAS7 score between 7 to 27 based on at least three clinical symptoms of following Itching, Burning sensation, Erythema, Pale pink edematous wheal formation, Wheals surrounded by flare

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Evidence of any skin condition other than urticaria, Angioedema, Narcotic addicts, Pregnancy and Lactation, Diabetic mellitus, Hypertension, Patients diagnosed with urticaria having a UAS7 score above 27 at baseline assessment

Significant reduction in clinical signs and symptoms of Urticaria based on Urticaria Activity Score over 7 days (UAS7) range from mild and moderate (7-27) to asymptomatic or (0-6) and changes in clinical laboratory blood parameters including IGE, AEC, ESR and CRP from baseline to post-treatmentTimepoint: 18 Months
