Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between the age group 15-25 years. Normal BMI [18.5 -24.9kg/m2] participants will be included. Minimum dance experience 5-year. Subjects with navicular drop test positive are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant with history of any recent injury or surgery. Participant with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other diseases or disorders. Players involved in any type of drugs or alcohol consumption or any special diet. Uncoperative subject and any psychological problems subject will be excluded
