Intervention1: GROUP A Sprint Interval Training: warm up before each session of 5-10 mins followed with cool down of 5-10 mins post session the candidate will receive SIT through out the week with 4x

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidates currently undergoing training or preparing for the upcoming police physical examination Aspirants appearing for first attempt of police exams Willing to participate in 2 weeks of SIT and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with lower extremity injuries within 6 months Neurological or musculoskeletal or cardio respiratory impairments Diagnosed with Vestibular or visual disorders Current illness
