Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients evaluated with obstructive sleep apnea based on STOP BANG questionnaire 2.Adult patients aged between 18 to 60 years of age 3.Patients who are willing to undergo cone beam computed tomography of the craniofacial region with adequate image quality for airway analysis 4.Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent 5.Patients with the ability to perform voice and snore recording tasks as per study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of upper airway surgery Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty tonsillectomy 2.Patients with known laryngeal vocal cord or speech disorders 3.Patients with acute or chronic upper respiratory tract infections at the time of voice recording 4.Patients with craniofacial anomalies, syndromes, or maxillofacial trauma affecting airway anatomy 5.Patients with neuromuscular disorders affecting voice or airway function 6.Patients who have received orthodontic or orthognathic treatment that may alter airway dimensions 7.Non-English-speaking participants were excluded to ensure consistency in speech task performance
