Intervention1: Rectus Sheath Block: Rectus Sheath Block with 30ml Ropivacaine(0.5%) + 50mcg Fentanyl + 1ml Normal Saline(total 32ml) will be given 16 ml on each side using ultrasound in midline abdomi

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years BMI less than 40 kgcm-2 ASA Grade I, II , III. Scheduled for Elective/emergency midline incision abdominal surgery Patients who provide written and informed consent to participate in the study.
