Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who give written informed consent for participation in the study Patients of both sexes Patients are in the age between 18 to 50 years, presenting with symptoms of Aruchi As per designed Aruchi Criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with sever systemic illness eg cancer psychic disorder Patients below the age of 18 years and above 50 years Pregnant or Lactating women Individuals on Medications known to affect appetite eg corticosteroids
