Intervention1: Fractional Co2 Laser: FUTURA RF 50 LASER : The fractional Co 2 laser used in the study comes with 4 different modes such as normal, scan, gynac and surface for various skin treatments

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recently diagnosed cases exhibiting atrophic scars (G and B s acne scars of GRADE 2-4) on any part of the face. 2. Fitzpatrick skin types III to VI in age group from 18 to 35 years. 3. The patient had not previously received scar therapy within 6 months before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active acne 2. Patients using systemic retinoids in the previous 6 months or topical retinoids in the last 2 weeks. 3. Active infection including herpes simplex virus infection 4. Patients who were unwilling for follow-up and patients with unrealistic expectations. 5. Pregnant and lactating females or who were using hormonal treatment. 6. Patients with keloidal tendencies 7. Topical and systemic corticosteroid abuse.
