Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA:- :- 1. young adults in the age group of 18 to 25 yrs 2. Young adults with sedentary lifestyle 3. Those who are willing to participate 4. Young adults without any comorbidity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA:- 1.subjects with episode of hypoglycaemia 2. Subjects with blood pressure fluctuation 3. Subjects with recent lower limb fracture 4. Subjects having any cardiac condition 5. Subjects having any type of respiratory condition 6. Subjects those who are involved in any regular physical activity like gym or aerobics 7. Subjects those who do not agree to participate

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ) 2. Distance covered 3. Borg scale Timepoint: 1. questionnaire will be filled pre test 2.distance covered after completion of the test 3. borg scale pre and immediately post test All these will be taken on the same day

Secondary

1 Heart Rate (HR), 2 Respiratory Rate (RR), 3 Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) 4 Blood pressureTimepoint: all outcomes will be taken pre & post test on the same day. no follow ups required
