Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed ddspn. Participants irrespective of gendercaste and religion.Fit for takradhara.Able and willing to provide informed consent.Participants on a stable internal antidiabetic medication regimen oral hypoglycemics and or insulin for atleast 2 weeks prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of other peripheral neuropathy. Clinical evidence of active cardiovascular respiratory renal and cerebrovascular diseases. Active Diabetic foot ulcers infection and amputation of lower limbs. Pregnant and lactating women.
