Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in the BAMS program at BHU. 2. Willing to participate in the study and complete pre- and post- intervention assessment. 3. Access to a smartphone or internet connection( if the intervention involves online guidence or surveys) 4. No prior or minimal experience with the structured breathing meditation practices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular practice of meditation Yoga or breathing exercise ( at least 3 times a week in the past 6 months) 2. Diagnosed psychiatric or neurological disorder that may interfere with meditation practice. 3. Use of meditation for severe stress anxiety or depression. 4. Inability to commit to the study duration and follow-up assessments. 5. Not able to complete the study ( more than 25 percentage absence the practice) 6. Age below 18 year and above 28 year.
