Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are clinically diagnosed with hypertension aged more than 18 years and those who can read and write in the language of instruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with hypertension with cognitive impairment Those patients who are already diagnosed with stroke and critically ill patients.
