Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students studying in college Age group between 18and 25 years of age Male and female students who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric conditions People who are more than 30 years old People who have practised yoga for more than 3 months People who are on medication People who have any systemic disease People who have undergone any recent surgery People who are taking any illegal substances
