Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students studying in higher secondary level (Class 11 and 12), aged between 16 to 18 years, willing to participate in the study, and whose parents/guardians provide informed consent. Students should be able to understand Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with hearing impairment, students with diagnosed psychological or neurological disorders, students already receiving training in Indian classical music, students not willing to participate, and students who are absent during the intervention period.
