Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Above 21 to 60 years 2.Use digital screens more than 4 hours/day 3.Understand English 4.Are willing to participate 5.Are available during data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active eye infections 2.Post ocular surgery (above 6 months) 3.Chronic ocular diseases (glaucoma, uveitis) 4.Currently using topical eye medications 5.Contact lens users
