Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients Having hemorrhoids 1st And 2nd degree Will Be Selected 2.Patients With Hb Less than 8gm 3.Patients of Age Between 18 to 60 Years Will Be Taken 4.Selection of Patient Will be Done Irrespective of gender, Socioeconomic status,Religion

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known Case Of 3rd And 4th Degree Haemorrhoids 2.Pregnancy 3.Known Case Of HIV,HbAg Excluded
