Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of both the sexes of age group 18 years to 60 years. 2.Subjects or a legally authorized representative must provide written informed consent. 3.Patient with clinical features of Dushtavrana. 4.Vrana, which are not secondary to systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from Hepatitis B, HIV ,HBsAG or any other systemic infection and those with local lymphatic spread of infection. 2. Vrana (wound) very near to vital organs, e.g. eye etc. 3. Subjects who require other emergency operations (major surgical procedure). 4. Subjects with Known cases of Diabetes mellitus or Gangrenous ulcer. 5. Ulcer secondary to any malignancy and Burn wound. 6. Immuno- compromised patients. 7. Osteomyelitis 8. Patients suffering from wounds like Tubercular Ulcers,Venous Ulcers,Leprotic Ulcers
