Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Grade II III external piles 2) Skin tag 3) Thrombosed or non-thrombosed piles 4) Patients presenting with symptoms such as pain swelling bleeding itching around the anal region. 5) Patients fit for minor surgical procedures under local anesthesia. 6) External piles not responding to conservative treatment. 7) Co-operative Patients 8) Ready to give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with internal piles only or combined large internal-external hemorrhoids. 2) Patients with fistula-in-ano fissure-in-ano abscess other anorectal diseases. 3) Uncontrolled systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus(uncontrolled) hypertension(uncontrolled) cardiac illness. 4) Immunocompromised patients or those on long-term steroids. 5) Pregnant or lactating women 6) Patients with bleeding disorders on anticoagulant therapy. 7) Non-cooperative patients 8) Patient within age group of below the 12 & above the 70 Years. 9) Rectal cancer 10)Hepatorenal Compromised patient 11) Patients suffering from HIV, HCV, HBsAg.
