Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 30 years Male or female elite taekwondo athletes Minimum of three years of continuous taekwondo training Active participation in state-level or national-level competitions In good general health Free from current musculoskeletal injuries Able to complete the full duration of the intervention program Willingness to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any lower limb injury within the past six months History of neurological disorders Balance or vestibular impairments Chronic musculoskeletal conditions Medical contraindications to physical exercise Participation in other structured rehabilitation or training programs that could influence study outcomes
