Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with bilateral knee osteoarthritis VAS Pain score 4 to 7 Moderate functional limitation WOMAC approx 26 Kellgren-Lawrence Grade 2 to 3 Able to perform exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery Present of other joint diseases or conditions(RA or neurological disorders) Severe cardiovascular conditions Intra-articular steroid injection Were unable to walk or exercise without the use of an assistive device.
