Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult patients 18 years to 60 years with Isolated Unilateral ZMC Fractures requiring ORIF. 2 Reporting within 7 days of Injury . 3 ASA class I II. 4 Level A and Level B Neurosensory discrepancy . 5 Patients presenting for atleast 6 months follow-up 6 Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Infected, comminuted and severely displaced ZMC fractures, Pan facial trauma and Bizygomatic fracture 2 Major soft tissue injury interfere with KT application 3 ASA class III IV 4 Under systemic steroid usage 5 Patients not consenting for the study 6 Pregnancy or lactation mothers 7 Level C Neurosensory discrepancy 8 Patient requiring conservative therapy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The facial swelling among 3 groups (KT, PBM, Standard care) measured by using 3D photogrammetry based volume analysis Timepoint: Day 1, day 2, day 3 and day 7
