Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants within age group 40 to 50 years (Both Married and Unmarried) With Regular Menstrual cycles (21 to 35 days) With prolonged bleeding greater than 8 days With PBAC (Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart) Score greater than 100 With both prolonged bleeding greater than 8 days and PBAC (Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart) Score greater than 100

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post menopausal bleeding Leiomyomas Cervical lesions Systemic illness Uncontrolled Hypothyroidism Coagulopathies Severe Anaemia Hb less than 7 Endometrial Thickness greater than 15 mm
