Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular runners Clinically diagnosed ITBS. Pain on lateral knee during running. Positive Ober s or Noble compression test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent knee or hip surgery. Lumbar radiculopathy. Patellofemoral pain or meniscal injuries. Severe cardiac or neuromuscular disorders.
