Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 80 years with proximal femur fracture posted for surgery under spinal anaesthesia. Patients belonging to ASA physical status I to III who provide written informed consent will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal. Infection at injection site. Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs. Coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulant therapy. Pre existing neurological deficit in lower limb. Polytrauma patients. Severe cognitive impairment or inability to understand pain scoring system.
