Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria. Patient with the age group of 16-40 years. Both married and unmarried women. Patient having HB more than 8gm%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bleeding from the site other than uterus. Bleeding due to abortion. Patient with systemic and endocrine disorders like HTN ,DM, STD, Thyroid dysfunction, bleeding disorders, PCOS etc. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Any pelvic inflammation like endometriosis ,fibroids , benign and malignant growth in uterus. Coagulation disorders. Benign and malignant tumors of internal and external genitalia.
