Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 50 years diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) using DSM-5 criteria. 2. Willing to participate in both REBT sessions and homeopathic treatment over the study period. 3. Able to provide informed consent and complete assessments. 4. Not currently undergoing any other form of psychological or pharmacological treatment for anxiety.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). 2. Individuals with substance abuse issues or currently on antianxiety medication. 3. History of non-compliance with therapy or prior withdrawal from similar studies. 4. Pregnant or lactating women (due to potential variations in anxiety symptoms and treatment effects).

GAD-7 Reduction in the severity of anxiety symptoms in patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder after treatment with Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) along with individualized homoeopathic medicines.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0 / Week 0) Initial clinical evaluation and case taking. Anxiety level assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale (GAD-7) before starting treatment. First Follow-up (Week 2) Clinical assessment of symptoms. Monitoring response to homoeopathic medicine and REBT sessions. Second Follow-up (Week 4) Reassessment of anxiety symptoms using the GAD-7 scale. Evaluation of psychological improvement. Third Follow-up (Week 8) Continued monitoring of improvement in anxiety symptoms. Final Assessment (Week 12) Final evaluation using the GAD-7 scale. Comparison of baseline score with the final score to determine treatment effectiveness.
