Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals having Nidrabhramsa Symptoms. 2.ISI Score: Mild to Moderate Insomnia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ISI Score: Severe Insomnia 2. Individuals with Chronic Systemic illness. 3. Individuals with Psychiatric conditions 4. Individuals with Skin Allergy on Soles. 5. Pregnant and Lactating Women. 6. Individuals with addictions to Alcohol and Smoking.
