Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical clinical symptoms of Karshya irrespective of gender, caste, occupation and economic status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 5 years and above 10 years. Patients having Acute and Chronic system illnesses or requiring emergency management. Patient with developmental disorders like Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability etc. Patients of Inborn error of Metabolism, Congenital Abnormalities. Patients not willing to give Informed Consent for the trial. Patients with Neurobehavioral disorders like ADHD, Autism etc.
