Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:18-35 years of all genders Patients who are planned for Orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances. No prior Myofascial release treatment for orofacial region in past 6 months. No prior history of Orthodontic treatment within the past 2 years Individuals willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: TMJ disorders or facial trauma Neurological disease, systemic rheumatologic disease,cancer of head/neck region. use of painkillers or muscle relaxants within the past week Contraindications to manual therapy or any suction or friction modality. Facial or jaw surgery history ,major congenital cranio-facial deformities. Inability to comply with the treatment or follow-up schedule.
