Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with PCOS according to modified Rotterdam 2003 Criteria 2.Females of age between18- 45 years.

1.Mean change from baseline in insulin resistance, BMI and lipid profile at 24 weeks of treatment and also among two groups. 2.Mean change from the baseline in gonadotropins, total testosterone and free testosterone index levels at 24 weeks of treatment and also among the two groups.
