Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of Cairo RT I or RT II gingival recession defects 2. Absence of active periodontal disease at the study 3. Adequate plaque control (Plaque Index less than 1) 4. Teeth with identifiable cemento-enamel junction 5. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent 6. Patients willing to comply with follow-up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor oral hygiene compliance 2. Systemic diseases affecting wound healing. 3. Smokers and tobacco users. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Teeth with non carious cervical lesions in the recession area. 6. Previous periodontal plastic surgery at the study site. 7. Patients receiving medications influencing gingival tissue response (eg., Steroids, immunosuppressants) 8. Presence of orthodontic appliances in the study area
