Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate medical students from first year to Final year MBBS of Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar. 2. Using the internet for more than 6 months at least.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons having previous/ recent history of any Psychological Disorder (Self - Reported) 2. Persons not having any smartphone/ tablet/ computer/ laptop. 3. Person not willing to give consent
