Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular on training 3 sessions 2. Able to commit to the full intervention schedule and testing appointments. 3.Those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent participation in another structured lower-limb strength/power study. 2. Psychological unstable 3. Use of performance-enhancing drugs. 4. Current acute injury - muscle strain, sprain, fracture. 5. Acute systemic illness within 7 days of baseline settings
