Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The study result will help us to know whether blood clot, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) or PRF enriched with hydroxyapatite will result in better osseous regeneration and periodontal healing after impacted mandibular third molar surgery.Timepoint: 3rd day, 7th day, 14th day, 1st month, 3rd month, 6th month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The study result will be helpful in use of PRF as an autologous graft material to fill larger bone defects and in other clinical applications and further research purpose.Timepoint: 3rd day, 7th day, 14th day, 1st month, 3rd month, 6th month
