Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 30 to 50 years of either gender (male or female). 2. Patients clinically diagnosed with Kitibha Kustha based on classical Ayurvedic features such as: Shyava (blackish/dark discoloration), Khara Sparsha (rough texture), Pariutsanna (elevated/raised lesions), Ghana (hard/thick plaques) 3. Patients willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 30 years or above 50 years of age. 2. Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid disorders, or other serious medical conditions. 3. Patients diagnosed with other types of Kustha or skin disorders not classified as Kitibha Kustha. 4. Patients who are currently undergoing any other treatment (Ayurvedic, Allopathic, or Homeopathic) for the same condition. 5. Pregnant and lactating women. 6. Patients with known drug allergies or hypersensitivity to the study drugs. 7. Patients with a history of severe psychiatric illness or non-cooperative behavior. 8. Patients with immunocompromised conditions (e.g., HIV, malignancy, long-term steroid use).
