Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Police with a prior diagnosis of katigraha who have done MRI scan of lumbosacral spine will be selected. 2.Age group of 35-58 years irrespective of gender,religion,marital status,socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Police officers engaged primarily in desk-based duties. 2.Person having history of major trauma or surgery in the lumbar spine. 3.Known cases of HIV and TB 4.Post-operated patient of lumbo-sacral spine. 5.Pregnant women 6.Known cases of congenital spinal deformities.
