Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recreational athelet 2.aged 25-40 both male/ female 3.complained of unilateral acute patellar tendinitis 4.suffered from pain localized to inferior pole of patella 5.presented with pain level of 3-4 in numeric pain rating scale 6.participants should have a VISA-P score below normal typically less then 80/100 indicating functional limitation and activity-related knee pain 7.VISA-P question assess pain during sitting, stair descent, knee extension, lunges, squatting, and hopping all required for symptoms confirmation 8.Overused injury to the inferior, medial, lateral pole of patella

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had undergone knee surgery 2. diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or knee osteoarthritis 3. Neurological Disorder 4. Recent Corticosteroid Injection 5. Athelet 6. Having referred pain coming from the lumbar spine, hips, ankles or feet
