Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants Aged 18 To 30 Years History Of Low Back Pain Lasting 1 To 3 Months Ability To Walk Independently On A Treadmill Both Male And Female Participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence Of Specific Spinal Pathology Such As Disc Herniation With Radiculopathy Spinal Stenosis Or Spondylolisthesis History Of Spinal Surgery Presence Of Neurological Disorders Such As Stroke Multiple Sclerosis Or Peripheral Neuropathy Presence Of Cardiovascular Conditions Contraindicating Exercise Presence Of Vestibular Disorders Or Severe Balance Impairment Current Participation In Structured Rehabilitation Programs Pregnancy Presence Of Red Flag Conditions Such As Tumor Infection Fracture Or Cauda Equina Syndrome
