Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School teachers who are in the age group of 40 to 60 years. School teachers who can understand English and Kannada School teachers Who are willing to participate in the research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: School teachers Who are above 40 years and are not willing to participate in the research study

MeasureTime frame
School teachers with perimenopausal symptoms will be able to manage the perimenopausal symptoms after the intervention of 3 monthsTimepoint: School teachers with perimenopausal symptoms will be able to manage the perimenopausal symptoms after 8 to 12 weeks of intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
School teachers with perimenopausal symptoms will be able to manage the perimenopausal symptoms after the intervention and the quality of life will be improvedTimepoint: 6 months
