Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient age is between 18year to 65 year admitted in icu diagnosed with ARDS on invasive mechanical ventilator plan for proning. Feasibility of performing TEE ( no contraindication like oesophageal pathology, upper GI surgery) Written and informed consent from patients and legally accepted representatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing COPD, ILD, RV Dysfunction based on history and previous medical record. Known case of pre-existing moderate to severe Pulmonary hypertension. Diagnosed Pulmonary embolism. Contraindications to TEE. Any coagulation defect preceding TEE insertion.

To evaluate the changes in haemodynamic parameters(HR, MAP,SBP,DBP)Timepoint: Before proning 1 hour after proning 16 hr after proning 1 hour after supination | — |
