Intervention1: Nil: Nil Intervention2: Tranexamic Acid: At the time of induction or onset of labor TXA will be started, 1 g IV 8 hourly till delivery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Antenatal patients Platelet count less than 1 lakh Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to participate, patient with known tranexamic acid allergy, congenital bleeding disorder, ongoing anticoagulant therapy, active Ca.

Reduction Fall in HB or Hct 24 hrs after delivery Reduced need for use of other methods to manage PPH like mechanical or uterotonic drugs or surgical procedures Reduced need for requirement of blood transfusion.Timepoint: After 24 hours
