Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having constant pain or ache in their masticatory muscles, face, and preauricular area at rest or during function. 2. Subjects with pain of the masticatory muscle for at least more than a month. 3. Fully dentate or partially edentulous but rehabilitated with Fixed Prosthesis 4. Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Masticatory muscle pain attributable to recent acute trauma, previous infection or an active inflammatory cause. 2. Subjects with clinical evidence of an inflammatory TMD 3. Subjects with Neurologic disorders 4. Subjects with Drug or alcohol abuse 5. Subjects with Systemic disorders 6. Use of antidepressants, hormonal medications 7. Subjects with dental or periodontal disease, oral pathological lesions, and oral infection.
