Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Between the age group 20 to 60, irrespective of gender 2. Diagnosed with primary insomnia as per the research diagnostic criteria for primary insomnia with a score of 6 or more according to the Athens Insomnia Scale score. 3. Willing to participate and able to consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People having rotating shift work. 2. People under medication that affects their sleep. 3. People having other systemic illnesses like diabetes, cardiovascular issues, thyroid disorder and GIT disorders. 4. Pregnant or lactating women
