Intervention1: Group A: Ondansetron Group: Individual receiving inj ondansetron 8 mg diluted in 10 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride (NaCl) will be infused 1 minutes and 5 minutes before spinal anaesthesia.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2, elderly patients age more than 60 years, giving informed written consent, undergoing elective surgical procedure requiring spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any contraindication to neuraxial anaesthesia, patients with sever cardiorespiratory disease, neurological disorder, endocrine disorder, psychiatric problem, patients who will not given valid consent, surgical procedures taking more than 2 hours
