Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Indicated for mandibular third molar extraction. 2. Patients willing to provide informed consent and comply with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy or intolerance to study drug components. 2. Medically compromised patients 3. Pregnant or lactating females. 4. History of chronic NSAID or steroid use.
