Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are overweight with BMI of 25 to 30 kg/m2 History of gradual weight gain from past 1 year Participants who are clinically stable and fit to perform moderate-intensity yoga practices, as assessed prior to intervention. Provided informed consent PCOS Hypothyroidism Insomnia Skipping Breakfast Willingness to participate for 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If subjects have respiratory issues [asthma, exacerbations]. Severe low back pain. Vertigo. Inability to perform forward bends. Participation in another weight loss, exercise or diet program.
