Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Term neonates born to mothers with Hemoglobin less than 11g/dl , Vitamin D less than 20ng/ml and deranged thyroid function tests
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for Neonate Preterm neonates(less than 37 weeks) Craniofacial abnormalities and anomalies incompatible with life Birth weight less than 1.5Kg Hyperbilirubinemia (greater than 18mgper dl in term, greater than 15mg per dl in preterm) APGAR score less than 5 in 1st minute or less than 7 in 5th minute Infants on ventilators Meconium in the ear Ototoxic medications Exclusion criteria for mother Family history of sensorineural hearing loss In utero TORCH infection Chronic hypertension, Overt diabetes Other medical illness ( Gestational diabetes mellitus , Preeclamsia)
