Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with any stage of oral cancer. Patients who are above 18 years of age. Patients admitted to oncology unit in Tertiary care hospital, Lucknow. Patient who had received one cycle of chemo-radiation therapy. Not known mental problem or being treated with psychotropic drugs. Patients Who had undergone surgery for oral carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with terminal stage oral cancer receiving end of life or hospice care. Patients with comorbidities like CVD, Neurological Condition, Psychiatric Illness. Patients below the age of 18 years. Patients undergoing chemotherapy only. Patients who are unwilling to participate in research. Patients who are seriously ill, not able to talk and who do not give consent
