Inclusion criteria: 1.Under graduate students aged Young adults aged between 18 to 25 years 2.Participants who have attained menarche

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults with a known diagnosis of gynecological or endocrine disorders and currently on treatment within the past six months
